Oquirrh Mountains, Utah: Surface- and Ground-Water Monitoring Program

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in cooperation with Kennecott Utah Copper and the Utah Division of Water Rights established a network of water monitoring sites in the northern Oquirrh Mountains, Utah. Since water year 2000 water-quantity and water-quality data has been acquired from these ground-water wells, springs, and mine workings.
